New Internet Banking Site is Horrible & Unusable!!

You HAVE to go back to the drawing board with your new internet banking website!!
It is SO horrible, SO clunky and unfriendly and all in all absolutely useless!
I have to keep scrolling up and down because all the fonts and symbols are so huge and clunky.
I cannot make head or tail of where anything is.
I understand that you might say that it just needs getting used to but these things should be INTUITIVE!!!
You have FAILED! If I as an IT expert cannot use your wretched banking website then you have FAILED!!
PLEASE FNB GET A GRIP!! I would rather now go into the branch to do my banking then to around on your new website!
