My family and I was in armed on the 15th of November 2012. My claim with 1st for woman for this incident consist of 2 claims: 1. Home contents cover 2.a vehicle damage claim. Our home contents claim was settled but for much less then our claim we are still waiting after numerous requests for a summary of how they reached the payment amount. My biggest concern is my vehicle it was bed lifted by 1st for woman on the 20/11/2012 and later sent by them to a company called West Rand Panel Beaters who had the vehicle on their premisses until the 10/12/2012 and with whom we spoke nearly every day as we needed the vehicle to go on leave by the 12th of December. Every day we were informed that they are working on the car until I got a phone call on the 7th of December to say nothing has been done on the car as all the part have only been ordered now and the delivery is 10 working days, I have been in constant contact with 1st for woman all the time. To cut a long story short it is the 24th of January 2013 my damaged vehicle is still not completed. I left a message for a manager to please contact me urgently last week on the 18th of January 2013 and I 'm still waiting and waiting...
