Still waiting for feedback from department

Money was illegally taken out of my account and transferred overseas with three separate transactions on the 05/07/2013. I reported the incident within a minute of it happening and stopped the card. I was informed that it would take 3-10 working days and I will be contacted to be kept informed as to progress and results. Needless to say nothing! I had to wait till the 11th to be emailed an affidavit that I was required to sign before the investigation would start, so what where they doing for the last 6 days? I was told it would take 10 days from then and once again I was informed that I will be communicated with, needless to say nothing! After numerous attempts to receive contact, wasting time/money on the phone and emailing I was eventually informed via email that the outcome of my claim will be due on the 26th of July, NothingI phoned again and they said the investigator will be in contact by end of day on the 26th, nothing. I phoned again on the 29th to be told the same and I am still waiting.
So quick to take the money each month but no service when it really matters and my money was due to your banks poor protection policies.
