Totally fed up with Momentum Wealth. I've been trying to find out from my financial advisor for the past week now on how I can transfer MORE funds INTO my account I already have with them. Received no response what so ever from Malcolm Quirk from the numerous emails I've sent him.

I contacted the call centre. Spoken to numerous people last week who have done absolutely nothing to try and help me. Can't answer one simple stupid question! I sent through my ID number as requested by someone, with the response from Teresa Nieuwenhuis saying that she needed at least my ID number to help me further who clearly can't even be bothered to read my emails properly.

I have left my international number as well, not a soul has attempted to phone me.

UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND APPALLED. I will be transferring my funds to someone who doesn't treat their clients like rubbish!
