YOU REALLY ARE LOOSING IT FNB. HOW CAN YOU DENY A LOYAL CUSTOMER A MERE LIMIT INCREASE SAYING THAT THEY DONT MEET CRITERIAS AND YET YOU OFFER THE SAME CUSTOMER A HUGE AMOUNT OF LOAN? YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A DECENCY TO EXPLAIN TO THEM WHICH CRITEAS ARE THOSE THAT YOU CLAIM THEY DONT MEET.
I THINK ITS TIME PEOPLE OUT THERE REALISE THAT FNB IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS.
