I dont understand why you are refusing to help me and because of that i have to do a double payment when i dont have any amount in areas. What kind of service is this. I ask for a very simple thing, a change of date and you cant extend your hand to help me
I have been a very loyal client for more than 15 years now and im not asking for money or loan or favours because im in areas but just a simple change of date, which is not going to affect FNB in any way because im up to date. Is this how you treat your customers, especially the ones who have been so loyal to you? Or you want us to go to other people who will be able to give good service and go beyond to help?
