New FNB website an absolute joke

I am a previous FNB employee and I used to work at the support desk for Internet banking. Clients that I used to speak to would always say that they wanted the website to be simple, as they just wanted to log in, view their accounts, do their banking and log out. The previous FNB website kept it simple and was therefore very user friendly, however this new website is exactly the opposite! I really love the FNB app on my iPhone because that is straightforward and easy to navigate, why couldn't the new FNB website have taken it's queue from the app developers?! I sincerely hope that FNB will relook at the design, as it will cause clients to consider changing banks.
