Santam are not interested in their clients

After previously posting on HELLOPETER, Santam were quick to responsed, but that is where it ended. I am very frustrated and upset and in a killing mood with this insurance company. I am getting nowhere. Every time it is a dead end. when will something be done about my damage. How long must I go with out my household goods while I continue to pay for this NON insurance
