When I registered for an account on the [URL Removed] site I didn't feel it was necesary to use my second name as it does state (optional). So I didn't use my second name and when I applied for the loan first It says unfortunately time after time and finally when I got to the contract my loan was accepted, then I get an email saying they failed to verify my bank details because it doesn't match my personal details. My name is Belinda Ann Booysen and I didn't feel the need to use "Ann" but my bank account is in BA Booysen. Now how can I edit my second name because if I don't then what's the use of trying to apply for a loan through you guys when you can't even correct a mistake in your personal account.
