Been two weeks!!!

So I emailed my scanned copy of my I.D about two weeks ago and still they haven't done the changes I asked them to do. They told me it might take up to 14 days to just put my second name on my account (14 days to put a 3 letter second name on their system) wow that's crazy. But still there's nothing, only still my first name that's there. They say they are the fastest my clearly that's fals advertising I mean really 14 days to put "Ann" on my account. I needed that money weeks ago, I hope you'll make a plan to update my account asap.
