I have a life insurance policy with 1 life direct and Wad recently contacted by sumayyah to find out if I was interested in extending my cover. She was an absolute delight to speak to. She explained everything properly and I really got the impression that she was really interested in my needs and that I'm not just another Upsell. she's an absolute star. if all their staff are like her I will definitely recommend anyone to them.
