Changed to FNB Premier banking due to the fact that I thought I would get good service. Seems I have never been so wrong. After 3 days continually holding on the telephone for service and being directed from one department to next back to the previous department I still got no good service. I in the meanwhile I got excellent service from ABSA, although I am only on a Student account at ABSA. Tried to close my FNB Platinum card today, even that was an issue. Thus I got better service from ABSA on a student account. Changing back right now.
