Great service

Geyser burst after Saturday midnight. Shut off geyser water supply and called ABSA Insurance Sunday morning. Call logged, received sms with Ref No and plumber who would call. He called under 30 minutes later and we started going through the motions. Got complicated as the ceiling had to be broken to remove and replace but that was handled too no problem by ABSA. What impressed me was the promptness, cuteousness, clarity of communication, keeping their word -insurer and suppliers alike. What could have been a nightmare was sorted - no problem. Thank you!
