I have been contacting Woolworths Financial Services by e mail looking for my paid up letter confirmation so that I can update the information on credit bureau. Up to now since two weeks back I have never found any positive response. I had two accounts: Woolies normal account and Woolies Loan Account. I need confirmation of payment for both accounts. I see nothing difficult here, instead they throw me from pillar to pillar saying they are unable to assist me, then who is going to assist me then?
Please assist me, its urgent.
