No club money

My father bought furniture from allerines in 2011. the furniture costs about -R28000. he paid for it monthly and never missed an installament. in Spetember 2012 he passed away, my mother reported his death to ellerines, the consultant advised her on process to follow, she had to open a bank account and report my dads death to african bank as well. she submitted all the relavant documents but until today she havent received the club money she was suppose to get, my question is how long will it take before that is sorted out?..i mean its over 2 months already.i need feedback asap
