Nonsensical Account Management

I opened up an account at Furniture City 3 months ago. i thereafter took a couple of items with that account.
i have not missed a single payment on the account.

I recently went back to Furniture City as i wanted to add another item onto my account as i still had lots of creedit left. The response i got was that i needed to start the tedious application process all over again (pay slips, bank statements, fill out forms, ect) because that is what their credit provider African Bank requires.

i found this to be very unnecessary as they insisted on keeping the original copies of each document required, and for me to go through that process again as if they do not have my details and documents on record is seemingly unprofessional from my point of view.

Furniture City need to seriously look into how they manage their client's accounts...
