IN March 2013 I have requested for settlement balance and of which I have received on the 28/3. I was given 7days to pay. I have settled the account on the 2April 2013 and e/mailed the proof on the 3Apr 2013. I settled the account so that the debit of R750 from my payslip do not go thru. I called and called everybody was busy and I have e/mailed and e/mailed without feedback. Suzan confirmed to have receive the proof of payment and it will be dealt with and she will send me the paid up letter. on the 20th of April I was debited with R750 of which the account was already settled on the 2/4 I was still debited. I called them again and sent e/m for the amount to be reversed. Until today there's no feedback. I need the R750 to do my stuff that I couldnt do cause I wanted to get over with this account. The incompetencein this company t's growing day by day. I dont know what r they dong to improve customer service and they know nothing abt it. Please I need help before I go to Ombudsman because this is too much. I think if this company can be closed as they dont know what they are doing.
