It was promised to me that my debits orders would of been switched before the 28th Nov 2013. This was not done, I went to a branch. They also could not assist, telling to its my problem and I must sort it out - quote from Thandeka (Festival mall). Surely if Capitec would like to keep their clients this is not the way to handle a situation. Hopefully Capitec will carry any charges due to their incompitance in this regards.
