I noticed the following charge on my credit card account...
TOP UP DEBT PROTECT for R56.83

I did not give consent for any plan to be debited of my card. I phoned the call center to ask to reverse the charge and cancel the plan. I was instructed to send a mail to [Email Removed] I got a automatic email reply 9 days later saying "SENDING SYSTEM ERROR EMAIL - Error occurred converting the following email: "
