I registered with P& P online shopping today. Everytime when I type my delivery address (their system recognizes the street etc) and I go to the "next" button to go to the next page, it gives me a message: An error has occurred. Please contact system administrator.
I called the called centre, they "escalated" my query and called me back saying that they can register my address on their profile but I must do it on my side. Once again I have tried, same error message.
I am starting to think that it is so much effort to get this address accepted by the system that I could have gone to the shops myself! Why can't they just do it from their side then?
I have shopped online at other stores before - no problem.
