Good morning, I was paying my standard bank credit card debt at a rate of R540 per month, I was contacted by someone from DMC with a reduced offer if I settled in 3 months. I took them up on the offer, and paid - R1750 for 3 months. The 3rd payment was end June 2013, a debit order for the original R540 still went off my bank account end July 2013. Please investigate, I would like this money refunded in a timeous fashion. I don't want to wait 3 weeks for a refund please! An account statement showing the account settled in full would be nice too. If you require me to send a bank statement showing the erroneous transaction in order to speed things up, please feel free to let me know and I'll send it.
