Cheque card

I have Applied for a cheque account and when I went to collect it I was told I need additional documentation to accept the cheque card I arranged with them to send the card to a branch nearby my work and and they would notify me when I can collect it, to this day I still have no notification. This is not my first issue with standard bank, I have transacted a large amount of money with this bank and I feel like Standard bank do not want my business.
