I am sick and tired of phoning African Bank every single month requesting an update on my Case which I reported on the 22nd Feb 2013. I was told that I would get either a sms or telephone call in June after the investigation has taken place. To date, I have received NOTHING! The Call Centre agents sends off a request to forensics each time I call, and ensures me that the Investigator will sms or call me back with an update - but this have never happened. And am still forced to pay monthly installments on the credit card that was FULLY PAID at the time that the activity occured!! I am at my wits end and all that I want at this point is my money back and all the installments that I have paid to date, to be paid BACK TO ME!! Ref: 9008722
