2 matters which require urgent attention. Firstly, why go to the extent of making arrangements for my debits to go off on the 31st as per the norm if u r going to debit my account on the 13 without my consent. This taints my bank records it appears as uncollected debts. WRONG! Secondly, I am at my wits ends with African bank over this consolidation loan issue. If I have I.e. 6 accounts and they are all paid up to date as per monthly installments, how is it that I can be told about affordability? am I not currently paying all those accounts monthly? and so how can I not afford a consolidated amount, which to my knowledge is bound to be less as certain costs are wavered. I need answers from African bank ASAP please. To think of the many people hat I have recommended your bank to then I get paid back with a plate of faeces to th face? Not on!
