Paid up letter not supplied, Trans union not updatd

I had two accounts with African bank and one account was settleted in full and since 07/01/2013 i've been calling the customer service requesting my paid up letter and Credit Bearue update on acc no: 1056079001 that was fully settleled and closed on the 05/01/2013 but nothing was done bout it every time i call in on this numbers 0838030999 and 011 207 4500 the consultant tell me "No sir the system didnt save so we will call you soon with in 48 working hours" but it never happens, is this how African bank treats its customers, but they very quick to call you to pay but they not playing their part, im very unhappy and want this this matter to be solve.
