Great service and attitude

I went into the bank to make a follow-up on my Overdraft application and got a better than expected experience. Starting with Mr. Nigel who came out from his office to check on all arriving clients and ushering them effortlessly. However my star of the day has to be Ms. Maggy Mabe. Her service was stunning and she made me feel like a valuable client to the bank. She answered all my queries, and concerns professinally. Most definitely knows her work! Ha-la-la
