I was involved in a smash and grab on sunday afternoon. I logged a claim yesterday morning asking them to replace my passenger window as a matter of urgency as its my only vehicle. They arrived at my work place at 5 arriving with windscreens ONLY. UNTIL NOW THEY HAVENT RETURNED BACK TO FIX THE WINDOW
