PATHETIC RESPONSE

I have taken out an education policy for my son, i then foned to change banking details which they very promtly did. While on the call i aske the agent to please debit from 01 August 2013 which she agreed. Old Mutual debited me on the 01 July. i foned in with my problem, told they going to get back to me still nothing. i then sent an email and was told they will forward to relevant department an they will investigate. i mean when we taking out the policy we are told "YOUR CALLS ARE BEING RECORDED" if so im sure the call could have been retrieved and their QA qould have established that i have asked to be debited on 01 August. i have been emailing since the 01 July and also phoning and to date no response. When they want us to take out policies that time they know how to use a fone to call us. Also i did mention to the agents that i till did not receive policy documents i was told the address was nt captured properly, we rectified it and still no docs, and this is going on 2nd month. I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE THAT MONEY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR. I HOPE THIS GETS SOME ONE'S ATTENTION.
