What a bad experience around 13:00!! This morning i swiped my Capitec Card to fill up at the Garage, it went through without any problems... then during lunch time, myself and my work colleagues we decided to go to a restaurant, i didn't have cash with me so i decided to pay for the bill, my card DECLINED 3 times... Oh what an embarrassment... i had to go the branch only to find that they are experiencing Network problems, but why we were not advised accordingly (I mean Email & SMSes)... i am finding it unprofessional. I AM LEAVING CAPITEC BANK FOR GOOD... WE CANNOT BE TREATED LIKE RUBBISH ON A PAYDAY.
