My wife has been trying to get Vincent out to apply for the card machine now for a few months now and he does not even reply to her mails anymore. I find this very unprofessional of him. We have now wasted time on capitec bank and will have to get another bank to aply for this. I will also not advise anyone to go the capitec route as the service is null.
