Good Afternoon,

I went to the garage this morning for petrol. I used my card to swipe and the slip said unsuccessful. I went to the ATM and got a slip that said '' your bank is experiencing problems and cannot process your transaction at this time''. Can you imagine the embarrassment? I was late for work (Imagine being late on a Monday morning) and my husband had to leave his phone at the garage because we did not have cash to pay the petrol attendant. We had a bad Monday morning.
