Deactivate my savings account without me knowing

Good day all

Please note as from wednesday i was having a problems with capitec. I went for a replacment card and when i got the replacement card i couldnt with draw money. I went to a consultant 3 times and on my 4th atempt i had sucess. Today i see my mobile banking was deactivated and when i went to the branch hey called customer care and nobody can help me. I signed two warnings for late coming and still my problem isnt sorted. IM STARTING TO HAVE ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH CAPITEC BANK. GUYS RATHER MAKE YOUR WAY TO ANOTHER BANK AS HIS BANK HAVE INCOMPETENT STAFF WORKING IN THERE ORGANISATION.
