My laptop was from my home and Daron was the guy who contacted me about my insurance claim. He was kind, empathetic and super helpful. He answered all my queries and called back whenever he promised he would (something that doesn't happen very often). In no time he had resolved my insurance claim and still called to see if all was well with my new laptop. I appreciate the good service immensely. So kudos to Daron at Telesure Group Services who made a rather unpleasant scenario so much easier to deal with.
