I had the unfortunate event of finding out that my Blackberry went with my laundry for a deep clean and rinse. I felt like a part of me has died, my blackberry is my work, my life. I called through to my insurer to log a claim was put in contact with their Cape Town agent Telesure the person who assisted me Daron Theunis, from the moment he answered, the advise he gave, the way he assisted, he's passion and willingness to be considerate and to just listen was out of this world. Best client service I have ever experienced. He processed my claim in record time and got it finalized before I could say "I miss my Blackberry". This just goes to show if you truly care for your customer and go the extra mile miracles is possible and I consider this a miracle (we all know what a head ache claiming can be) but not with Daron on your side. He took the hassle out of claiming and made my day. Thank you Daron for all your assistance we need more guys like you out there. Keep up the good work.
