My home was broken into and several high value items. After submitting my claim to my insurer I was contacted by Cobus who arranged a meeting to discuss my claim. Unlike most stories you hear about monster assessors I was fearing the worst. Cobus did a great job in explaining what was needed from us to speed up the claims process and went the extra mile to put us at ease that we would be compensated for our losses. We were told that we would hear back from him by the end of the week. The very next day we receive a call from him to say that our claim has been finalised and that we could expect our claim to be processed with a day or 2. Thanks Cobus for all your assistance!
