Me: There is transactions on my credit card which I don't recognize, can you tell me where they came from?
ABSA: We cant do anything speak to the merchant
Me: I did not asked you to do anything, I asked who the is the merchant in question? Please send me the details
ABSA: Your dispute has been cancelled as requested

Do ABSA even bother to check what is asked. Seems like they decide what they expected the person to ask and then just do their own thing. I am stunned at just how shocking their service is
