I have been going through a bad financial spot but this has since been sorted. Virgin Insurance requested payments from my Vehicle Fiance House (ABSA) on the 07/11/2013 for and amount of R 730.09 and again on the 04/12/2013 for an amount of R 730.09 whilst they deducted the same premiums from my bank account which they also received resulting in me paying double premiums on my insurance for November as well as for December 2013. I have checked my accounts and copies of these deductions are available. A total of R 1460.18 is refundable to me asap.

I would also like to ask Virgin to make double sure before just requesting premiums from ABSA that my premiums with Virgin has in fact not gone off as this practice puts me in a financial spot again with my finance house as the amounts deducted by you show's owing on my vehicle's premiums causing higher premiums on my car payment. Your urgent attention is required in this matter and a refund is to be arranged as a matter of urgency.
