Nedbank keeps on hounding me for debt that prescribed. I've claimed prescription with them and the attorneys that they hand me over to time after time. but they don't want to budge.
The debt is 8 years old. They phoned me about 3 or 4 years ago in an attempt to get the money from me again. After I claimed prescription the "LEGAL" person from Nedbank that phoned me told me that there is a Judgement granted for the debt. They haven't until today act on that Judgement to collect the money from me. I pulled a credit report for me at that time and there was no judgements on my record. In short my conclusion is that they tried to "bully" me into paying debt that prescribed.
I'm a bit tired of this harassment now.
