PRESCRIBED DEBT LISTED ON MY NAME

I have pulled my annual credit report, and have noticed that there is a trace alert from DMC for prescribed debt, this debt is from 1998! No one has contacted me. Please have it removed from my name, this is illegal as per "The Prescription Act 68 of 1969"

Please stop hounding me and close your file. This debt has been prescribed for a long time.
