Avoid doing business with One Pet

This company provided absolutely NO service to me what so ever. I received my policy documents on the 13th of June. On the 1st of July my first payment was debited from my account and my debit card was supposed to be delivered to me by latest August (according to one of the many consultants I spoke to). By 16 September this card had still not been delivered to me and I decided to cancel the policy. I received a confirmation of cancellation on the 19th. But according to One Pet this call is not "on their system" and I only cancelled the policy on 2 October, because I sent them an email saying the debit order had gone off despite cancellation. Then they tell me I will still have to pay one month after giving the notice of cancellation. Now I've been told the last debit order will go off 1 November. They told me I moved and they delivered the card to the wrong address, this, despite the fact that I phoned them in July informing them of my new address. I spoke to 3 different consultants to trace the card and not one ever called back with any feedback.

I find One Pet's conduct completely unacceptable.
