I am really not happy with Absa. I sent an email on the 10th july requesting that they assist with providing some information regarding my vehicle finance. I then got an email advising that an agent will contact me within 7 working days. Gerda is this agent guess what she hasn't't called me back. I took the initiative to call her twice and each time I am told the she is in a meeting or what not really is this because I am not important. Or is this the only way I can get you to call me and help me. I need an efficient Manager to call me ASAP. I need to make a decision
