Change Names on Policies Paying for someone else

I want to warn the public to think twice by taking any policies from Old Mutual. The first policy I took out for my mother in law. They changed the name to someone I do not now. To change this is a total nightmare!! They do not have the original documents which we signed and lost all the paperwork. 4 Years later and we still paying for someone we do not know.

Secondly I started a new job and noticed Old Mutual deducting money out of my account. I asked them to please send me a copy of the policy as I do not have a copy. They refused. Then eventually they told me that we are paying for one of our employees which is fine, but the second one a Mr. de Jager who never worked for us before. We are paying again for someone we do not know. I asked them to please let me know who authorised this payment, and yes they still waiting for the paperwork 6 months later. I stopped the payment for Mr. de Jager, but I need my money back as we were paying for 6 years for this man.
