Wow its been a full year since my accident and I am still waiting for my access to be reimbursed. I have dealt with three or four different Mi Way staff from various departments and had to e mail the SAME documentation over and over to various staff and still NOTHING. It is as if your departments don't speak to each other at all. Why was it so easy for Mi Way to claim the access from me but so difficult to get it back from the guilty party even though I provided them with his FULL details including his insurance details (which apparently also got LOST during the LENGTHY the process).
The last feedback i recieved was a MONTH ago.
So what next?? Do I have to wait Another year??
