I had an account with Kagisano/Credit U and they took a judgment against me before they were taken over by Blue Financial Services. I have settled the account and have requested their attorneys/debt collection agents to process a rescission of judgement (already paid for this also). This has taken more than the time was stipulated that this matter would be cleared. I have been struggling to get the settlement letter/confirmation from Blue Financial Services so that I can personally send this to the Credit Bureau so that they can remove the adverse listing against my name. Their phones are not working and their head office phone just rings and not answered or just get cut off in your ear. Should I take this with the banking/financial ombudsman or the Financial Services Board before I can get any joy. I need this matter resolved as a matter of urgency.
