I received a new phone delivered to my work from Vodacom. It had a month of free insurance, which makes sense if it gets damaged in delivery ect. This is administered by phonesure, that falls under Techsure. Well guess what happened, an anauthorised debit order has gone off this morning for month 2.
I did not give permission for this, nor did I give my personal banking info to this third party. How did you get this info? Vodacom?! Is it complete anarchy now, people can just get a debit order? In which case i would like to subscribe phonesure to as many magazine subscriptions as humanely possible, against your will. Bad magazines. I will phone vodacom for your banking info.
