Unauthorised debit order after cancelling

I renewed my cellphone contract with Elite Mobile and they added insurance on my account when I very clearly told them that I do not want insurance. They told me to phone Phonesure to cancel the insurance which I did. This morning, I see that Phonesure still took more than R80 out of my bank account for insurance. I want this refunded immediately! This is absolute unacceptable. I want the amount back immediately!
