FNB charging me for their mistake

I opened a savings account with FNB about 3 months ago, after 3 months i am still waiting for my card to actually withdraw cash from the account. but as normal i had to withdraw cash from this account from time to time, so i had to use the cardless service available. to my surprise i got charged a R 206 service fee. on more than one occasion. Now to me this is unfair and unacceptable, as it is not my fault that i had to use the cardless service, believe me if i had a card i would rather use the card, it is much easier. but due to me still after 3 months not receiving a card from FNB i had no choice but to use this service. i just fell it is unfair that i now have to pay for FNB mistakes, and i would like FNB to explaine to me how this is " helping me"
