On the 22nd of January I made a claim and was assisted By Thandi Lugojolo who advised me to get two quotes and email them back to her which is what I did and since then I did not receive any responce as to whether my claim was rejected or approved.
I have been calling the call centre to find out the status of my claim and whenever I call inn and ask for her she is busy on the phone and she never bothered to return any of my calls.
I spoke to Sizwe and Sello who both promised to ask her to call me back.
I have been very happy with regent as they have excelled in their service untill now.
I have had the worst customer service experience with Thandi Lugojolo from CMC.
