Please assist I don't know what to do any more

Hellopeter. I need help. I took a contract with Bayport cellular in August 2012 and the cell went faulty in March this year it was sent for repairs and I was told it will take about a month to be fixed, I called early in May and I was promised to be called back and they did not. I call again on the 24/6/13 spoke with Puleng who also sad I will be called back still nothing. I called on the 9/7/13 spoke with Gugulethu she told me they've been having problems sending the phones away for repairs also she sad someone will call me back with regards this still nothing. I send an e-mail to Mr Stuart. Stone the Company CEO on the 9/7/2013 still no replly. my concern is that they are debiting me everymonth 300.00 they don't warry about me as a Customer, what are they debiting me for as I don't have services with them for 4 months, they are robing me. if I can miss one payment their Lawyers will be on my case and what about me? I must sufer as a Customer... Inever received such a bad service in my life please Hellopeter help me I was going to stop the payment from my bank but that will not help me as I don't want to roon this deal but they are rooning it
