In response to my complaint

In response to my complaint against Dial Direct, in which I couldn't get a hold of the emergency service for a locksmith, Dorothy (Dial Direct consultant and Emmarentia from Telesure) assisted me proficiently and managed to get someone out to look at my damaged door.
